  1. Pain Poilane or other heavy bread
  2. goat cheese medallions
  3. walnut oil

Cut the bread into one inch thick slices. Place on a baking sheet. Add a medallion of goat cheese to the center of each slice. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 350. Remove from oven. Drizzle with walnut oil. Serve.
